ITXF

The ITXF Methodology
Stop managing change. Start designing the conditions for it.
ITXF is the applied, public-facing name for the Integrated Transformation Excellence Framework (ITEF), Dr Steven R. Partridge's doctoral research as to why most transformations fail structurally, long before they fail behaviourally.
The ITXF Methodology
Three dimensions. One foundation.
ITXF treats transformation as a structural problem, not a communications or leadership problem. Every initiative is assessed across three dimensions, with governance and measurement running underneath all three, not sitting beside them as an afterthought.
#1
Architecture
The Target Operating Model, capability map, and governance structure that decide whether an organisation's strategy and its structure actually agree or talk with each other.
#2
Performance
The goals, metrics, and value-realisation discipline that turn activity into evidence, so decisions are made on data rather than on who argued loudest.
#3
Adoption
The change methodology, leadership capability, and sustainment practice that decide whether a change survives contact with the organisation after go-live.
Held together by Governance, Measurement and People cross-cutting all three dimensions
